Anthony Anderson is talking about his backlash against him.
The Blackstar set the record after a clip of his appearance on the 2003 Sharon Osborne Show resurfaced online, sparking controversy over comments he made to guest Lindsay Lohan at the age of 17.
When the parent trap star recently shared that he had bought a house with Raven Simonet, he asked, “What kind of gentleman is a new gentleman on the new pad?”
“There’s no one there,” Rohan told Anderson.
“She’s single, but I’m looking for it!” Anderson told the crowd before Lohan rang “But I’m illegal for older people.”
“Well, among the guys you know, like young people, Anderson said. “We’re not going to mention names, but you know, I’m one of the ’ems.”
The comedian chuckled before beginning questions about his acting career.
After the clip attracted newfound attention online, one social media user wrote on July 25 that he was “not aging” – an Anderson representative spoke about the criticism.
