EXCLUSIVE: Entertainment 360 has tapped Logan Britt to be its new Chief Business Officer. Britt joins the talent management/production company after almost a decade at The Raine Group, where his work focused on advising and investing in entertainment, creative technology, and digital media companies.
In his new role, Britt will work closely with other members of Entertainment 360’s leadership to hone business priorities and oversee strategic initiatives across all areas of the firm – including talent representation, production, and new verticals as the company expands. He arrives at a time of growth for the firm, which recently raised outside capital for the first time in its history, partnering with The Carlyle Group.
Entertainment 360 reps such clients as Margot Robbie and Luckychap, Anne Hathaway, The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri, Julianne Moore, and filmmakers James Mangold, Greta Gerwig and Emerald Fennell to name a few. It’s production company arm’s work includes Game of Thrones, Netflix’s Ripley, and Stick at Apple which just got season 2 pickup.

In his role as CBO, Britt will oversee the 360’s financial management, accounting, and operational systems. He will also lead initiatives in M&A, strategic partnerships, and organic growth as the company scales its creative and commercial footprint in the years ahead.
During his tenure at Raine, Britt served as an advisor to clients by leading and providing guidance across M&A and capital raise transactions. As an investor, Britt helped source and support a number of Raine entertainment, technology, and consumer portfolio companies, serving on their boards and partnering with executive teams through critical growth stages. His expertise covers talent representation, content production and distribution, IP exploitation, advertising, digital platforms, and technology.

Prior to joining Raine in 2016, Britt worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division. He began his career at DreamWorks Animation. Britt is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Finance and Film.
