EXCLUSIVE: Crush Capital, the media and fintech company behind the click-to-invest streaming series Going Public, has signed with Paradigm Talent Agency for representation.
With Going Public, Crush Capital has opened the door for everyday investors to participate in capital markets in a way that has never been done before, democratizing access to early-stage opportunities and empowering viewers to become stakeholders in the companies they believe in – in real time while they watch.
Featured companies in Going Public raise capital using the Regulation Crowdfunding securities exemption, where they can raise up to $5 million from everyday Americans, and general solicitation is permitted. Since 2016, US companies have raised nearly $1.5 billion collectively under the Regulation Crowdfunding exemption.
Through this new partnership, Paradigm will work closely with Crush Capital to expand the Going Public franchise across new formats, platforms, and markets, as well as build out the company’s growing slate of original content at the intersection of media, finance, and technology.
“Crush Capital is leading a new wave of innovation in interactive storytelling,” said Andrew Ruf, Managing Partner at Paradigm Talent Agency. “Their work is breaking down the walls between content and commerce, and we’re thrilled to support their vision as they scale this game-changing format globally.”
“Partnering with Paradigm is a major milestone for Crush Capital,” said Darren Marble, Co-CEO of Crush Capital and Executive Producer of Going Public. “Their team understands the magnitude of what we’re building — not just a show, but a movement — and we’re excited to collaborate on creating premium content that entertains, inspires, and empowers a new generation of investors.”
The third season of Going Public, which recently wrapped production, culminating in a live finale event hosted by heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, streamed worldwide from Las Vegas on X on June 24. Season 3 spotlighted three innovative companies spanning consumer products, golf real estate, and technology, with appearances from top-tier talent including legendary gamer Ninja and disguised Silicon Valley venture capitalists mentoring the featured founders. The season drew over 105 million views across its first four episodes on X.
