Reports say Alexander Isaac received “some offer” to leave Newcastle United amid interest from Premier League rival Liverpool.
Isak’s future is questionable as it has become clear that he wants to “explorate” the move elsewhere after scoring 27 goals in Newcastle’s 42 appearances during the 2024/25 campaign.
The Newcastle sense has emerged as one of the world’s top strikers and has attracted interest from several elite European clubs in recent months.
Before Isaac’s stance on the exit surfaced, he was on a contract until 2028 and reported an valuation of around £150 million, which was deemed impossible this summer.
However, Isaac’s decision to pursue a transfer as Liverpool prepares for formalizing the striker’s move could undermine Newcastle’s negotiation power.

Liverpool has already spent around £260 million on signing this summer, joining Florian Wiltz, Milos Kerkez and Jeremy Fripon to sign the Premier League Champions.
Initially, it was assumed that Ekitique’s arrival would end Liverpool’s interest in Isaac this summer. Still, there’s a good chance to ignore them as they seem to be warned by his potential availability and try to sign another new striker in this window.
Liverpool is a Saudi Arabian Premier League club and is also interested in the Saudi Arabian professional league, as Arsenal is unable to sign Viktor Gyokeres and Manchester United.
On Friday, the report alleges that ISAK has “set conditions” for Al-Hilal to “accept the offer,” and that the Sun has been “provided a whopping £32 million” to join the Saudi league outfit.

This supposed “extraordinary offer from Al-Hilal will see him land a £14 million signature bonus and many other incentives, including £3.6 million in Saudi Arabia’s victory, £3.6 million to lift the Asian Champions League and an additional £1.75 million to finish as a division’s top score.
It is also noteworthy that he “receives £120,000 personal expenses per month” to cover the clubhouse trip, which has him and his family, four full-time staff and a full-time driver.
Nevertheless, Isaac decided that his “mind will be set” on the move to Liverpool after Newcastle “knocked back the first approach to a potential British record over the potential British record last week.”
It will be added to the report:
‘SunSport understands that they can submit transfer requests to push the switch to the Premier League champions.
‘The Toon refuses to sell the top scorer with 27 goals last season. They were unable to convince him to sign a deal of 300,000,000 a week. And they fear that he can force him to move by handing over the written transfer request.
