Natalie Martinez (Bad Monkey, Kingdom) and Brittany Ishibashi (Runaways, Political Animals) have joined the cast of the Untitled Brothers Comedy Series from Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson in series regular roles.
The 10-episode half-hour comedy reunites Harrelson and McConaughey, who play heightened versions of themselves in a heartfelt odd couple love story revolving around their strange and beautiful sibling-like bond. Matthew and Woody’s close friendship is tested when their combined families attempt to live together on Matthew’s ranch in Texas.
Martinez will play ‘Valentina,’ Matthew’s wife, and Ishibashi will play ‘Joy,’ Woody’s wife.
Holland Taylor also stars as Matthew’s mom in the Skydance Television series that will be showrun by David West Read (The Big Door Prize).
Read, McConaughey and Harrelson will executive produce alongside David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Matt Thunell for Skydance Television and Bill Bost and Jeremy Plager. Jason Winer will direct multiple episodes, including the pilot, and will serve as executive producer. The new comedy will be produced for Apple TV+ by Skydance Television.
Martinez is repped by UTA, Atlas Artists, and Hansen, Jacobson, Teller. Ishibashi is repped by Kyle Fritz Management, Innovative Artists and Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer.
