Liverpool is reportedly ready to “trigger a new offer” while having “internal beliefs” about Newcastle United’s “promise.”
Isaac’s long-term future remains questionable as he is still training alone and aims to leave Newcastle United to join Premier League rival Liverpool.
The world-class striker has been widely reported as a target for Liverpool’s dreams. Liverpool remains interested in Newcastle’s outstanding, even after landing the Hugo Echicicke for around £80 million.
At the start of the window this summer, ISAK’s move felt it was infeasible as it had been under contract until 2028 and was valued at around £150 million.
However, Isak has offered hope to Liverpool by informing Newcastle of his decision to leave this summer, with the Reds already having bids worth £110 million (an additional £10 million add-on) turned down by rivals.
It is also reported that Liverpool will eventually return with a second bid, but Newcastle can sanction Isaac’s exit and land one or two strikers to fill the gap left by the forward, but they appear to be bullishly refusing to take their asking price.

The bitter saga gave another twist earlier this week, with Isaac and Newcastle making statements clear about their respective stances on the situation.
There is also a minor issue with Liverpool traveling to St James Park to face Newcastle United on Monday night. This suggests that ISAK’s improved offers can be submitted if this match goes out of the way.
Now, a report from fellow Team Talc journalist Dean Jones claims that Liverpool is “pull the trigger with a new ISAK offer” and that Newcastle is “preparing” to receive improved bids from rivals.
It will be added to the report:
“There are reports of £150 million price tag in circulation, but the red is valuing it poorly by ISAK. Sources close to the situation suggest that a more realistic figure is on the brackets between £120 million and £130 million.
“Newcastle is beginning to expect a different approach next week and is accepting that if Liverpool is in serious condition, they will soon be retesting the water before the deadline.”

Meanwhile, Daily Mail’s Craig Hope claims that a violation of “soft promise” caused the saga of this transfer.
It is allegedly that Amanda Stavely and Mehrdad Ghodousi “talking to Isak” and made “soft promises to revisit an improved contract” in the summer of 2024 transfer window.
They felt, “It deserves, it will keep the players happy and avoid the unforeseen circumstances like we landed this summer.”
However, the talks were ridiculous, with Godoshi “leaving the club against their will,” while sports director Paul Mitchell made a “cold hard decision” to close contract negotiations.
Hope also revealed “internal beliefs” in Newcastle if Isaac was given an improved new deal.
“My sources and people really believe internally. Now there’s no way to know if this applies or not. If they give Alexander Isaac the money he thought was right, they’ll use the soft promise they placed last summer.
“So we went 12 months ago and arrived at the end of the season, and at this point Alexander Isaac feels he missed the year’s worth of money he owes. If that’s going to be a wage increase of £100,000, let’s call it, what is it in the year? That’s a £5 million gross he thinks he missed. So his heart is made up and there’s a broken promise to go back to the statement. He checked out. He checked out everyone from last summer.”
