EXCLUSIVE: Envisionary is bolstering its ranks, promoting Kate Tressel to Talent Manager and bringing on Jessi Ellin in Brand Partnerships, its first hire in that area.
Tressel previously worked with Envisionary Management founder Jon Rosen at WME, where she spent two years in the Television Department. Prior to her stint at WME, she was with Film 45, working on major productions such as NFL Honors, Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show, and The Oscars Red Carpet Show on ABC, among others. Some of Tressel’s other experience includes advertising where she focused on fashion content (Hermés, Marie Claire Magazine) and TV production (Miss Universe pageant). She received her BA in Communications and Business Adminstration at Northeastern University.
Based in Los Angeles, in her new role at Envisionary, Ellin leads strategic collaborations that bridge talent and brands, driving cultural impact and commercial success. Ellin moves to Envisionary from Sony Music’s Columbia Records, where she served as Director of Brand Partnerships for more than three years, spearheading disruptive brand collaborations for the label’s elite artist roster. She played a pivotal role in shaping groundbreaking campaigns, digital content, event sponsorships, and music video integrations—including Lil Nas X (Vitamin Water), Addison Rae (Victoria’s Secret), Dominic Fike for Marc Jacobs shot by Harmony Korine, and The Kid LAROI (Erewhon smoothie). Ellin began her career at WME in the Global Brand Partnerships division as an agent trainee. She holds a BA in Film, TV, and Media with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
