EXCLUSIVE: Fresh from signing with CAA, Run-A-Muck, the company founded by former Condé Nast President Pamela Drucker Mann, The L Word co-creator Ilene Chaiken and Flashdance star Jennifer Beals, has made a number of hires.
The company has hired Rowan Riley, Eliza Mills and Caroline Joyner.
Riley joins as Head of Creative Development. She will lead development of original films and TV projects under Chaiken, who alongside Beals are Co-Chief Content Officers with Drucker Mann as CEO. She was most recently head of development at Julia Garner’s Alma Margo Pictures. She was also co-creator of Hulu’s The Bisexual.
Mills will be Head of Content and Strategy, overseeing its multi-channel content slate and development of new audiences across all platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. She joins from Wondery, where she worked on podcasts such as Hysterical, 9/12, Lemme Say This, The Big Flop and Baby, This Is Keke Palmer.
Finally, Joyner has been named Executive Director, Creative and Community Development. She will lead its efforts across creative strategy, community and talent building. She joins from WME, where she was Director of Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy.
