Netflix and 3000 Pictures announced on Tuesday that People We Meet on Vacation, their adaptation of the Emily Henry bestseller starring Tom Blyth and Emily Bader, will begin streaming globally on January 9, 2026.
Hailing from director Brett Haley (I’ll See You in My Dreams), the film follows free-spirited Poppy and routine-loving Alex, who have been unlikely best friends for a decade, living in different cities but spending every summer vacation together.
