Berlin (AP) – Regional passenger trains derailed Sunday in the south Germany At least three people have been injured, federal police told the German news agency DPA.

According to the DPA, at least two horse-drawn carriages were on the train when they derailed in the woodland, at least two horse-drawn carriages derailed in the woodland, according to the DPA.
Photos from the scene showed parts of the train were on the side as rescuers climbed onto the carriage.
The crash happened near the town of Leadlingen, about 158 kilometers (98 miles) west of Munich.

Details about the cause of the derailment were not available immediately.
The federal police, which oversees the railways, and Germany’s leading national railway operator, Deutsche Baan, did not reply to Associated Press’ request for comment on Sunday evening.
