According to reports, Liverpool is confident that they will reach an “according” with Premier League rival Newcastle United about Alexander Isaac’s signature.
Liverpool hasn’t been a mess in the transfer market since winning its 20th Premier League title, spending around £260 million on signing in this window.
Most notably, Arne Slot’s side landed Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong, but it wasn’t completed in the transfer window this summer.
With exits expected for Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and Harvey Elliott, Liverpool could have left enough money to target strikers and centre-backs, with more than one or two important signings.
Marc Guehi is currently being debated as the most likely centre-back signature, but he is interested in ISAK’s bold move.

Isak is a dream-like signature for Liverpool, and it has been widely reported that there will be space for Ekitike and Slot’s Squad’s Newcastle star if Diaz and Nunez leave.
The ISAK move was initially considered unrealistic due to the reported price of around £150 million, but things have been changing recently as the world-class star informs his current club of his desire to “explorate” his move.
Isaac’s attitude could weaken Newcastle’s negotiation power and increase the likelihood of signing him from Liverpool, but reports from football insiders claim the Reds are confident they are “agreeing with the deal” with a major target.
However, this potential movement is said to be a hinge under one condition. It should be noted that “we need to push hard enough to get the deal he wants” “we are expected to see an immediate arrival of a formal bid.”

Alternatively, it has been suggested that Isak can join the Saudi Arab League Al-Hilal, but football finance expert Stefan Borson considers this a “strange” situation due to the links to PIF’s Middle Eastern side and Newcastle United.
“Well, they’re not forced (to sell Isaac),” Bourson told Football Insider.
“They don’t have to sell him. I think they can manage their financial fair play issues. He’s got a long deal.
“They could say no, but it’s not easy to say no when players want to leave.
“I think the situation with Al-Hilal is odd. You have a team that is very clearly a related party. That’s what they say on their own accounts.
“We have a team owned by the same owner, and that transaction will be coordinated.
“First of all, we needed a fair market valuation by the Premier League, so perhaps the fee would be capped at £150m.
“There’s no chance of £200 million because the Premier League won’t approve it. I think the Premier League will approve £150 million.
“Then you have a UEFA that effectively adjusts profits in transactions, so it won’t work for UEFA purposes.”
