Chelsea has reached a “complete agreement” to sign Yarrax and Yorrel Hat, and is “preparing” a “£52 million offer” for the Atalanta star, according to David Ornstein.
The Blues have already signed Joa Opedro, Jamie Gittens, Estebao, Dario Esgo, Mama Doucal and Kendry Paes this summer, for a total of £220 million for the Champions League soccer and Bolster Enzo Maresca team, but they have not yet been completed.

According to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Chelsea also has Giorgio Salvini “in the crosshairs” this summer.
