Emily Kiser wants more privacy.
After it was revealed that her husband, Brady Kisser, will not be charged in connection with the death of her 3-year-old son Trigg Kisser, Tiktker filed an original police report recommending that she be charged in a case that compiled the case, according to court documents obtained by the people on July 31.
In its submission, Emily’s legal team said that the details of the report could be used to create “disquiet” content about the asylum of her son, who died after accidentally driving him in a pool in her Arizona home.
“The section of the report that Kayser is trying to edit contains important information and context to provide the public with an investigation into own death. The decision to recommend criminal charges at the police department,” Attorney Matthew Kelly said according to people.
