The Kelse family lament the heartbreaking loss.
Ed Kelse – Dad to the brothers Travis Kelse and Jason Kelse saw an obituary on his Facebook page on August 2nd, confirming that his girlfriend, Maureen Anne Maguire, has died. She was 74 years old.
“Maureen found joy in the simple joy of life,” the obituary read. “She loved the beach, especially the shore, and had a deep affection for her dogs.”
Calling Maureen a “natural hostess,” the obituary spoke about his ability to bring people together, throwing a party “always full of warmth, laughter and unforgettable food.”
“She made friends with strangers and had unusual gifts that made everyone around her feel special, seen and welcoming,” her loved ones wrote. “Her presence had a way of transforming ordinary moments into memorable ones.”
This message refers to a relationship where she was married to Donakerce for 25 years of division, and Maureen enjoyed herself together.
“She also created an unexpected love for football in later years, sharing many laughs and adventures with her beloved friend Ed Kelce and her loyal dog Butch,” he said. “Together, they traveled frequently, attended football games and concerts, and embraced every opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest.”
