Reports say Crystal Palace has rejected Marc Guech’s two “humiliation” offers from Premier League champion Liverpool Liverpool.
Guehi will be available for around £50 million this summer after making it clear that it will not extend its Crystal Palace contract beyond 2026.
Liverpool is very interested in signing England’s centre-back amid the uncertainty surrounding Ibrahima Conate’s future.
Conate is reportedly a serious target for Real Madrid. Real Madrid is considering waiting until next summer for the French to land on a free transfer.
The Palace appears to be quite relaxed about Guech’s future, despite resigning to lose him this year and next year.
If the Eagles don’t sell Guehi this summer, they will keep top players and professionals for another season, and if they sell him, they will receive a huge fee and will not be in danger of losing huge assets for anything.

Like Liverpool, Newcastle United are extremely keen to sign the 25-year-old.
Eddie Howe’s side is “back” for Gahee after not praising him from Selhurst Park last summer.
Adding a central defender has always been a plan this summer, but Magpies have been obsessed with other things for the past two months. Mostly they have the top targets signed by other clubs and the best players they want to leave.
Newcastle, among Alexander Isaac and Benjamin Sesco Chaos, former Premier League scout Mick Brown told football insiders that the defender “want Liverpool” but is working on a contract to sign Guech.
“Newcastle is looking to bring in new defenders,” Brown said, “it’s very well connected in the game.”
“We know that the majority of their focus is on strikers in Isaac’s situation at the moment, but they have been following the centre-back since last summer when they missed Guehi.
“From what I’ve heard, interest in Guehi is still there, but he wants Liverpool’s move. So, Newcastle has seen other options, including Brighton’s (Janpaul) Vanhecke.”
Guehi’s situation could be another disaster in Newcastle in a devastating summer, but according to a report from Foot Mercato, after “indignifying” with “two offers” by the Eagles captain, the Reds intend to move to other options.
In fact, private figures are offered to the palace from the side of Arne Slot, but are not close to Guehi’s valuation of 55 million euros (£47.8 million).
If this is true, Newcastle needs to free-run at Guehi. The report states:
Crystal Palace rejects two offers from Liverpool for Mark Guech.
Liverpool is looking for a bigger move this summer. In addition to Alexander Isaac, the Reds are also interested in signing 25-year-old Mark Guech. According to our information, the Anfield Club made two offers to Crystal Palace for the defender. The amounts have not been revealed, but the Eagles rejected them and deemed them as humiliating.
Crystal Palace wants at least 55 million euros for players whose contracts expire in one year. This element will not lead to conflict, we are certain. Red doesn’t intend to spend that much, he’s going to move on to other options.
