It’s been more than a year since Taylor released his 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department. It featured songs about his relationship with Travis, such as “The Alchemy” and “So High School.”
Now, releasing her new record on the Kelce Brothers podcast is a special nod to Taylor and Travis’ relationship. In fact, their love story began in July 2023 when the Kansas City Chief Star jokingly called out Taylor in New Heights after attending an ERAS tour concert.
“I was disappointed not to talk before or after the show because I have to save the 44 songs she sings.” “So I was a bit of a butt heart. I couldn’t give her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
After hearing Travis’ comments, Sparks began flying when Taylor later called him “Metal As Hell.”
“I started wandering around shortly afterwards,” Taylor revealed the time in December 2023.
