Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Manchester United has received Jadon Sancho’s offer as Roman.
Sancho was one of five players who were told to find a new club this summer, and now only Marcus Rashford has secured the move and is available to lend it to FC Barcelona to join.
Last summer, Chelsea agreed to a loan agreement with an obligation to buy for £25 million, but after only five goals in 41 games, the Londoner paid a £5 million fee to sign him forever.
The 25-year-old has linked to many Turkish and Italian clubs this summer, with a transfer to Serie A being the most likely result.

Juventus and Naples were expected to compete for the winger’s signature, but Roma is currently leading the race.
BBC Sport reported on Thursday afternoon that the Italian club had made an “offer” to Sancho, but it was not confirmed how valuable the bid was and whether United accepted it.
Transfer expert Romano reports that Rome has provided £20 million, while the Red Devils have loaned out Sancho and reported that it is “open” with a buy clause.
Rome is also interested in signing Winger Leon Bailey at Aston Villa, but Sancho “opened the door” to join Jean Piero Gasperini’s side.

Romano writes to X: “Roma will submit an official bid to Manchester United and sign Jadon Sancho.
“Manchester United and Sancho’s decision to camp. As Rome, we are in contact with both Sancho and Bailey.”
He added: “Jadon Sancho opened the door to Roma Move and the proposal is worth £20 million in total package.
“Sancho doesn’t want to go to Türkiye at this stage despite reports.”
Interestingly, Romano says Roma is working on a deal to sign Sancho and Villa Forward Bailey.
He states: “It’s not an alternative option for Jadon Sancho as Rome is working on both as he continues to discuss Leon Bailey’s talks.
“We are not in active discussions for now after requesting terms of the transaction last week.”
