Filmmaker Henry Alexander Kelly Signs With M88

EXCLUSIVE: M88 has signed Nicaraguan-American writer, director, and actor Henry Alexander Kelly for management.

Currently, Kelly’s video game-inspired short comedy Chuck and Fern is on the festival circuit after winning Best Film at the 2024 ESI: Film Festival Lisbon and the Lola Award at the 2025 Philadelphia Latino Arts & Film Festival. A member of Dan Lin’s Rideback Rise Cohort (2023-25), he is currently developing the half-hour adult-animated mockumentary NOW-WHAT?! with Casa Duhamel, the Spanglish production company founded by Magdiela Hermida Duhamel (Inside Out 2) and Davin B. Duhamel (La Canción Del Lago).

Kelly’s other credits include serving as Artist Development Consultant for the Sundance Institute’s Uprise Grant Program, where he was also a grant recipient, and participating in the Sundance BIPOC Mentorship Program. He is an alum of the National Hispanic Media Coalition’s Series Script Writers Program.

As an actor, Kelly appears in the film Murder Bury Win (Prime Video) and voices a role in Sonoro’s 2025 Ambie-nominated horror podcast Nocturno: Tales from the Shadows.
