The big news about the couple comes more than a year after Stellen’s father died at the age of 62 after a difficult battle with stomach cancer.
“You’re the strongest guy I’ve ever known,” the 28-year-old wrote in an Instagram homage to Keith last February, along with photos of the two throwbacks performing in the pool. “Fighter plane. True Titan in your industry. My guide star. My coach. My hero.”
Certainly, many people knew the singer of the “red, white, blue courtesy” of music that he shared with the world, but Stellen knew him as the man who raised him, loved him, and taught him how to navigate life.
