Todd and Julie Chrisley break silence with Nick Cardiles’ death two years after crash
Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley’s family are never the same.
Almost two years after the death of Nick Caldiles, the ex-fiance of daughter Savannah Chrisley, Chrisley, Chrisley knows that the best alumni are making their first comments.
“It was so painful for me, but I sent a message on Instagram that I wanted to know why I wasn’t discussing it,” Todd, 56, said on an August 20 episode of the Chrisley Confessions 2.0 podcast. “I wasn’t prepared to argue about it. I’m not actually prepared to argue about it today. But I’m going to have this conversation once, out of the respect for Nick, who we have for him today, and the love we have for him for the rest of our days, and I’ll never talk about it again.”
“My heart is not healed,” he continued. “And I don’t know if it will heal or not.”
NIC died in September 2023 at the age of 29 after a motorcycle accident in Nashville. For Todd, it was the “most difficult thing” he dealt with in his life. Still, he fondly looked back at the former NHL star who was with Savanna in 2017-2020.
