Motherhood is great for Margot Robbie.
More than nine months after giving birth to a boy with her husband, Tom Ackerley, the Barbie star has been experiencing her new life as a parent. That much, she has a hard time putting joy into words.
“It’s funny, you try to explain to someone who has a child. They get it, so you don’t have to,” Margot told Entertainment Tonight in a video released on August 20th.
She added that she is a mom. “That’s perfect”.
Margot doesn’t share much about her son, including his name, but she keeps her title of being her little child in mind. In fact, the 35-year-old, who married Tom in 2016, was spotted wearing a gold chain necklace reading “Mama” during his downtime from Australia earlier this year.
Margot’s pregnancy with her first child follows Barbie’s booming box office success in 2023. Back on the big screen with Colin Farrell on a bold, bold, beautiful journey, she recently said, “It’s the longest break I’ve ever had between work.”
