Tottenham reports that after completing medical care, it will seal the signature of RB Leipzig’s Dutch International Zabi Simons.
The Spurs have been searching for a new attack midfielder for months after a recruitment team failed attempt to sign Morgan Gibbs White and Ebeki Eze.
The need for a new player in that position has been suffering from an ACL injury in recent weeks where James Madison is likely to keep him out for the majority of the season.
And now Tottenham is quickly closing with transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, revealing that RB Leipzig is aiming to get “the deal of the day” because he is attacking the midfielder.
Italian journalists claimed they expected to “go soon” with a 22-year-old bid of 60 million euros (£51.8 million) early on Friday morning.
Romano writes to X: After #THFC sent out a formal bid following the encouragement of the players, the official bid was accepted and the green light was accepted. The Spurs hope to make today’s deals on Player Side + Medical at the next time. I’ll go here, I’m looking forward to it soon. ”

And now, athletics’ David Ornstein claims that Tottenham will “complete Simmons’ signature” after he passed medical care before his transfer.
Ornstein added: “Personal terminology is also in place, and Simons completed his medical care on Thursday ahead of the proposed final decision to move to the London side.
Tottenham won both Burnley and Manchester City’s two Premier League matches, with Gary Neville impressed by his performance against the latter.
Neville told NBC Sports:

“Tottenham pushed very well and rushed. Thomas Frank came in the first few weeks and did a really good job, but yeah, I’m worried about the signs of the city.
“We’ve seen it in three games (Frank) and in big games over the last few weeks. What he’s done is adapting his style to each game. Obviously, the big criticism of Tottenham under Ange Postecoglou was that they haven’t changed and always been the same.
“You could predict exactly what they were trying to do and it was a shame for them in the end. But what you saw in Frank: he’s five in the back, he’s four in the back, and they sometimes sit deep.”
Neville added: “I think the changes over the past 12-18 months will be seen as a return to football’s older style.
“It’s this way for a few years that you have to have philosophy, you have to have a way of playing, and now we seem to have a few managers near the top end that’s adapting from game to game.
“We lost Eze to Arsenal because it was a bit embarrassing for them mid-week. It was bad for them, but they recovered really well to get great results.
