Fabrizio Romano provided insight into whether Fabio Parachti will return to Tottenham after Daniel Levy announced his departure from the club.
Levi’s exit ends his nearly 25-year reign, and spurs the club’s peak leaving a big gap. He is also skeptical of the comeback of Parachti, who had been lined up to resume his official role after his global ban was cut earlier this year.
Tottenham’s fanbase has become increasingly critical of Levi’s stint in recent years, but has not denied that he has changed their fate.
The Italian worked in consulting in close contact with Levy, new CEO Vinai Venkatesham and technical director Johan Lange over the summer.
His involvement has spread to the transfer market, with the Spurs adding several new faces on the deadline, including Randal Coro Muani’s loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
It was understood that Paratici would move into a permanent role by October 1st. That plan depends on balance, along with his relationship with Levy, which is at the heart of his return.
According to Fabrizio Romano, who writes in his newsletter on GivemeSport, the 53-year-old takes time before committing to anything.
“He now considers his future. He’s always close to Daniel Levy, so it’s time for decisions,” Romano said.
despite this, New reports from Spanish outlets Fichejes claim The Spurs “returned to the game with a massive offer” for Savinho.

Parachti’s bond with Levi dates back to his appointment as managing director of football in 2021, and was handed over control of recruitment and head coach appointments.
His first move included a controversial decision to hire Nuno Espirito Santo before turning his eyes to Antonio Conte, who lifted his team to the Champions League spot.
Christian Romero proved to be his outstanding signature and then became the club’s captain, playing a major role in last season’s Europa League victory.
Richarlison, Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur and Destiny Udogie also arrived under his watch, achieving various levels of success.
Other moves like Emerson Royal and Brian Gill have sacrificed a lot of money without bringing consistency. The turbulence of Conte’s reign ultimately caught up with Parachti, as his Juventus had led to major legal complications in the past.
He resigned from Spurs in April 2023 after FIFA extended its 30-month suspension due to false accounting around the world. That ban later declined, paving the way for his advisory role this summer, sparking a permanent comeback story.
Levy’s sudden exit could reset the situation. Without the man who appointed and defended him, Parachty must decide whether to continue with the Spurs, delay his permanent return, or see somewhere else at all.
