Liverpool star Hugo Ekitike responded to the signature of Premier League Giants Alexander Isaac from Newcastle United in a record-breaking transfer from Britain.
Ekitike chose Liverpool for Newcastle in the summer and joined the Eintracht Frankfurt Reds in a deal worth £80 million.
The 23-year-old has gotten a dream start at Liverpool, grabbing three goals and assisting in his first four competitive appearances on Arne Slot’s side.
Nevertheless, Ekitike may soon be out of the team as the world-class striker is facing a battle with ISAK for more than a few minutes after moving to £125 million Anfield on the deadline day.
Isaac’s arrival means Liverpool is spoiled for being selected in the attacking area, and Ekitique insists he wants to ensure there is a “problem” in the slot.
“It’s fun. When you play for the best team, you’re hoping to compete with the best players,” Ekitique said when asked about Isaac’s move to Anfield.

“Isaac is a player I’ve seen too, so it’s a pleasure to see him arrive.
“It’s going to be tough competition, but I’ll focus on working well so that it’s an issue for managers.”
He added: Clearly my life has changed.
“It’s a big move, I’ve seen thousands of times more, but I’m taking it positive, it’s really good. That’s the position I wanted to be.
“If there is a standard of this kind, you have to show that it belongs here and you have to continue doing it.
“But that’s the position I like and I want to keep.”

“Does Alexander Isaac have an impact on the development of Hugo Echicicke? Yes, but great players always adapt. You need to update yourself. You almost need to develop a toolbox,” Marooda said.
“You’re always in your favorite position, but in modern football there is also a defensive part of the game where you need to be involved.
“It won’t stop you from being at your highest level. It’s a difficult thing to get, especially for younger players. You have to give to the team first.
“That doesn’t matter. And you create a relationship with the players around you, and you’ll get a chance to score because he’s a natural goal scorer.
“He is a real threat and he has this experience in PSG with many stars, so he knows how to navigate in a dressing room full of stars. But his main thing is that he wants to be on the pitch.
