Juventus defender Grayson Bremer has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur and is likely to replace Ben Davies at the end of the season.
The Brazilian centre-back has established himself as one of the best defenders in Serie A and is currently Juventus’ vice-captain after joining from city rivals Torino in July 2022.
Grayson Bremer’s career path
Named after German football icon Andreas Brehme Joined Atlético Mineiro after youth spells with São Paulo and Desportivo Brasil Signed for Torino in 2018 aged 21 Moved to Juventus in 2022 and made his Brazil debut two months later Closed to 100 appearances for Juve and won five Brazil caps
It’s no secret that Tottenham want to sign a new central defender to cover for injury-plagued Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero, who have been rumored to leave in the summer.
Thomas Frank also has Kevin Danso, Ben Davies and the injured Radu Dragusin, but the centre-back remains linked with a move to north London.
Among them is Juventus’ Bremer, who was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League during his time in Turin.
Football Italia has a highly speculative report suggesting that Spurs could make a move for Bremer, mainly because his agent also represents several Tottenham players.

Naturally, we put two and two together, noting that Davis’ contract expires at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Mr Bremer is represented by CAA Base Ltd, the same group responsible for James Maddison, Pedro Polo, Papu Matar Sarr, Jed Spence and Richarlison.
Bremer is Juventus’ most important player, and arguably the best defender in Serie A. He would be an incredible coup for Spurs, and if all three were at the club they would likely get rid of one of Van de Ven or Romero.
And to say Bremer could potentially step in to replace Davis is just amazing.

Bremer to Spurs? Maybe not…
There is one big problem. That’s because Bremer has only played in 10 league games since the start of last season.
The 28-year-old played in all of Juventus’ opening six Serie A games last season, but ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and was ruled out for the rest of the season.
He started and finished Juve’s first three games of the 2025/26 season and was then rested on matchday four. He served as the team captain in Round 5, but has not played since then due to a meniscus injury.
That is concerning and could deter potential suitors like Spurs.
He underwent surgery in October and is not expected to return until next year.
But if interested clubs are wondering whether they should take the risk, Juve’s form without him highlights just how important he is.
Out of nine games in all competitions without Bremer, the Italian giants have won just two and gone scoreless in four of their six Serie A games.
During that period, Juventus sacked manager Igor Tudor and replaced him with Luciano Spalletti.
