Reports say Tottenham “reached” about a potential deal to sign Man UTD midfielder Kobbie Mainoo this summer.
The Spurs have turned Kevin Danso and Mattis Tell loan deals into permament stays over the summer, with Mohamed Kudus, Luka Voskovic and Takai all joining.
However, Tottenham is also keeping an eye on new midfielders, with recent reports linking to Mann UTD Starlet Mine, who is coming and going on the side of Old Trafford.
Man UTD boss Amorim warned Mainoo earlier this week that he won’t be a guaranteed starter next season unless he increases the tempo of his play.
Amorim said:
“His perfect position is close to the ball and he’s always got the ball. He’s a great talent and you know that he’s a bigger talent than me. He needs to increase his rhythm, his pace.

“So I have big plans, but like I said, it’s one game a week and the competition will be huge. Everyone has to be prepared to play one game or play every game.
And now Givemesport claims Tottenham has “contacted” about the possibility of signing Mainoo in a contract situation at Old Trafford.
“They made several informal inquiries about potential moves that see how difficult the Mainoo deal is,” he said in “Move On” from Morgan Gibbswhite, who signed a new deal at Nottingham Forest last week.
Mineu was able to look to the 2026 World Cup as much as he could in the usual minutes to push himself into Thomas Touchel’s side and Tottenham’s “Love the Market Opportunity.”

Spurs’ Manchester United are seduced to cash in at the right number of Mineo and are trying to capitalize on his uncertainty.
Man Utd’s legendary Rio Ferdinand believes that Amorim should “build” his side around Mainoo as he insists that Red Devils’ youth products “can be anything.”
Ferdinand said on his YouTube channel:
“I heard Amorim talk about asking Cobby Mineo more. I think he’s very good, making it around Mineo Man.
“I saw him at the top international level in the tournament. This kid you’re building around him, he has a heart. He has courage.
“I think this kid could be anything.”
