Amazon is rolling out new features that make it easier to purchase more purchases throughout the week. The company said it is updating its Amazon shopping app and website to update it with new additions that allow Prime members to add items to future delivery with just one tap instead of creating new orders.
This feature is designed to better reflect the way people actually shop online on Amazon.
Instead of compiling an order with multiple items, they often remember things throughout the week they want or need, and make multiple orders. Amazon has tried to avoid the logistical headaches that this could cause by offering options such as Amazon Day Delivery. Amazon also encourages customers to choose slow delivery methods for digital rewards.

Now, retailers say Prime members will be able to tap the bright blue button that reads “Add to Today’s Delivery” on the product details page. The button appears under the “Add to Cart” option and replaces the “Buy Now” one-click checkout button.
If you change your mind right away (or accidentally click on the new button), there is an “undo” option that allows you to immediately delete the item, Amazon says.
The button appears when you add an item as an option to your next order and is deployed to US Prime members beyond eligible items. Prime is currently $14.99 per month in the US or $139 per year.
