Amazon continues its annual tradition of hosting its second Prime event, known as Prime Big Deals Day, in October. Following a pattern established in recent years, the company announced that the event will be held from October 7th to 8th, with sales beginning at 12:01am PT on October 7th.
Amazon bets shoppers will adopt a variety of AI tools during the event, along with visual search tools such as Amazon Lens and Lens Live, including shopping assistant Rufus. Additionally, users can track transactions with Amazon’s new Alexa+ Conversation Assistant.
From the main event, Amazon offers early deals featuring discounts on Amazon Devices and Amazon Brand Products, great Kindle Books deals, and offers on artist products purchased through Amazon Music or Amazon.com.
The company also offers exclusive perks to Prime members, including early access to tickets for evil music. Fuel trade. McDonald’s meal via Grubhub+. Additional savings with Prime Young Adult Member Cashback.
Beyond the US, customers from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, the US and the UK will be able to participate in the contract and shopping with the large-scale, affordable business event on October 7th for the first time in Colombia, Ireland and Mexico.
According to Adobe Analytics, Amazon’s first Prime Day event in July was a success, with the entire retail industry recording $24.1 billion online sales over four days, up 30.3% year-on-year. According to the report, more than half of these sales came from mobile devices.
