January 2023: First Dating Nerve
In August 2023, Kelsey posted footage of the relationship’s beginnings and shared a clip of Tiktok’s own throwback preparations on January 7, 2023, as he was preparing for his first official date.
“Happy Weekend,” she captioned the post. “I have a video I sent to my best friend before my first date with Chase.”
Set it to her song “How Do I Do This.” This is to move on to your first date of many years. Kelsey modeled her outfit in the video.
“It has a booty look,” Kelsey said, checking herself out in a full-length mirror.
Turning around to show off her half-down hairstyle, she added, “We’re trying to be a cool girl, so we have a hair clip.”
She continues to talk to an unknown friend, explaining, “He comes to pick me up, we will go to the sushi place and call you for a full update tomorrow.”
Take a deep breath and lift one arm and finger into the air, she finally said, “I can do this. I can do this.”
And after a bit of dancing, she declared, “It’s just a date. You just eat, eat food and talk about what you do, right?”
