Reports say the “accord” between Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Nicholas Jackson provides strikers with routes other than clauses to permanent transfers.
Jackson gave a mixed spell at Chelsea following his £32 million move to Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
He clearly has immense potential, so the 24-year-old was impressed with the spell, but his temperament was often called into question as he was replaced by the transfer period this summer.
Jackson slipped into the pecking order following the arrival of Joan Pedro and Liam Dellup in the summer, so Chelsea opened the door to his exit.
Several Premier League clubs were interested, but Jackson eventually rented out to Bayern Munich and stopped by.
Chelsea pulled the plug on their contract after Dellup was injured, but discussions resumed after Mark Giu returned from loan spells at Sunderland and Jackson completed his move to Bayern Munich before the transfer deadline.

Jackson took part in on a loan with an obligation to buy from Bayern, but President Empire Uri Hoenes explained why he would “never activate” the clause.
He states:
“So the player costs 13.5 million euros, and that’s not a problem at all because buying a player for 80 million euros would also cost 16 million euros a year, which means 103 million euros.
“You’ll only have to pay a big sum if you start 40 games. He won’t do that.”
However, there is still a route for Jackson to join Bayern forever, and Sportsbild reports that there is a “consensus” between all parties.
According to newspaper information, there is an agreement between all parties involved. That’s Chelsea, Bayern and the player’s close aides, “we’ll discuss permanent contracts next spring in successful seasons,” but this “only happens if the obligation to buy a loan transaction doesn’t automatically kick in.”

Jackson’s purchase fee was set at around £70 million, but the “contract” gives Bayern Munich the opportunity to discuss next year’s cuts.
Jackson explained why he was “100% persuaded” by Bayern Munich.
“When Bayern calls and says they want you, you will never think again!” Jackson.
“You’re just excited and ready to join. Then, after the initial discussion with Max Ebel, especially Couple Corpane, I was convinced that this was the right step for me.
“From the first call I felt a special connection with the coach. He showed that he really wanted me with his project and explained in detail how he wanted to integrate me into his offensive system.
