New York (AP) – Some flavor crazes fade with us. Others stay and stay at home.
It’s certainly too early to tell, but the movement of Dubai chocolate seems to have been rooted and spread into the active clip. The sweet flavors and thick textures that made Dubai Chocolate Bar are hit Other types of sweets Too much.
Let’s do a little backup. The original, current classic Dubai chocolate bar was created in 2021 by Fix Chocolatier of the United Arab Emirates and exploded on social media by 2023. Rich and luxurious, it features a rich milk chocolate shell packed with creamy pistachios (and often tahini) mixed with crunchy, fine, plant-like pastries, usually called kadayahu.
Global brands and small bakeries are riffing concepts in different flavors, translating concepts into croissants, milkshakes more. The filling ranges from peanut butter and jelly to smore and matcha.
“I’m not calling this a ‘trend’ anymore. It’s completely new,” says Nuts Factory, a family business, with around 150 US stores featuring nuts, dried fruits and candies.

She was a bit annoyed by the higher price than your average chocolate bar. However, part of the appeal of Dubai Chocolate is its way at the same time feels generous and secular. Pistachios, roses, saffron and cardamom bring luxury, travel and exoticism to your chocolate party.
