The report states that the toddler was “in a backyard that has not been monitored for more than nine minutes, and of which, for about seven minutes, underwater. Brady’s statement does not match what you can see on the video.
“This leads to the conclusion that Brady didn’t know what (Trigg) was doing and didn’t see him,” the report continued. “A combination of these factors led to (trig)drugs, and treatments for any of the contribution situations could have hindered the outcome.”
However, following an investigation surrounding Trigg’s early passage, officials said Brady would not be charged in connection with the incident.
“Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced today that Brady Kaiser will not be charged with the death of his son’s own,” the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said in a July 25 website statement “due to the lack of a reasonable possibility of a conviction.”
