Film Financier BondIt Media Capital Invests In Elements Music & Arts Festival

BondIt Media Capital, a prolific film financier, has entered a strategic partnership with Elements Music & Arts Festival, providing capital to support an expansion of the annual event set for August 8-10 in Long Pond, Pa. and taking an ownership stake.

Financial details weren’t released but the new funds will let the festival to broaden its experiences, offerings and performances which so far include Deadmau5, Illenium, Sara Landry, DJ Diesel (Shaq), with more to be announced in the coming months.

Bondit has financed over 500 film and television projects since launching in 2013 including the 2024 box office smash Terrifier 3. It is dipping into live events and music, financing The Corrs and Natalie Imbruglia’s 2023 tour in Australia and New Zealand, as well as The Corrs’ upcoming February 2025 tour in Australia.

“It’s about us finding small promoters, that is, very frankly, similar to film and TV financing, where they need access to capital and someone like Live Nation has sort of elbowed them out of the market,” BondIt CEO Matthew Helderman told Deadline. “It’s difficult for independents to access the market.”

“Our partnering with Elements Fest aligns perfectly with our vision of diversifying further into live events and we’re thrilled to play a role in Elements’ growth for their biggest year yet in 2025 with such an impressive lineup,” he said in the announcement.

The ten-year-old festival set at a racetrack in the Pocono Mountains is up to about 25,000 attendees. There’s space for 150k at the annual venue so “they’re not even scratching the surface of how big it can get,” he said.

BondIt is directing some of its development firepower to study the music business for additional partnerships.

“We are grateful to have found a like-minded ally in supporting our vision and goals for sustainable and spectacular expansion in a challenging field. The 2025 Elements Festival will be our grandest yet — a showcase of some of the finest international and national musical talent, a participatory and interactive platform for our guests, and an essential experience for all,” said the fest’s co-founder Brett Herman.
