Chris Pratt pays homage to the late Parks, recalling Coscar Jonathan Joss after the shooting
The King of the Hill gives beloved characters the right delivery.
After actor Jonathan Joss (voiced John Redcorn in the series) was killed in a fatal shooting in San Antonio, Texas, the series shared a moving tribute in the final episode of the Season 14 revival.
At the beginning of the episode, John offers some of his special red corn to Hank and his friends Dale, Bill and Jeff. Hank then promises to help John fight the invasion, and in fact, within minutes of the episode’s closure, Hank and his friends lock up and successfully lock the beast.
In the final scene, John tells Peggy and Hank that he has become wild pig-free when his company predicts an operating profit margin of 38%. The Hills couple then decided to invest in John’s company to ensure future success.
And before the credits rolled, King of the Hill dedicated an episode to Jonathan’s “Love Memories,” which included images of the actor and his characters lined up.
