Reports say Alexander Isaac had a “consensus” with Newcastle United, which rejected a “new offer” by Liverpool’s target.
Isak Saga continues to drag on, and it appears that the conclusions are far away after revealing to Newcastle this summer that he wants to leave the club.
During the 2024/25 campaign, Isak solidified himself as one of the world’s best strikers, scoring 27 goals in 42 appearances in all Newcastle competitions.
Isaac helped Newcastle win the Carabao Cup and qualify for the Champions League, but he feels he is ready for the next step in his career, turning his eyes to travel to Liverpool.
The Reds have already paid around £80 million to sign Hugo Ekitique as part of their £260 million summer spending, but they continue to be interested in ISAK as their dream target.

Liverpool has already placed a bid of around £120 million for ISAK, which was rejected by Newcastle. It is suggested that if the magpies are replaced, the Reds are ready to return with a new offer.
On Friday evening, Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed a “new” update on Isak’s situation and confirmed that he had rejected Newcastle’s attempt to bring him into a new contract after 2028.
“Tonight, he said this week that he once again told Newcastle in a very clear way that he had told him he had no intention of signing a new contract with the club,” Romano told his YouTube channel.

Before this summer, Indykaila News was famous for being a parody account for X, but recently emerged as a half-dependent outlet as he was credited by athletic David Ornstein after beating him into the storyline.
So, Indie Kaira claimed on Friday evening that Isaac’s team had informed them that a “gentleman’s agreement” had been reached with Newcastle in January.
They said in X: Wow. Alexander Isaac’s intimate companions contacted us.
“We saw your story about Adam Wharton having a gentleman’s agreement with @CPFC.
“Alexander Isaac had the same agreement with @NUFC in January. We’re furious at how we’re being treated.”
