Jacob Elordi is completely unrecognizable in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein film photos
Jacob Elordi brings one of the most famous monsters in pop culture to life.
In Guillermo del Toro’s first look at the upcoming Frankenstein films, the euphoric star transformed into a revived creation of honorary scientists. With his wounded face wrapped in tattered rags, Erorudi was barely recognized as a creature fused by Dr. Victor Frankenstein (played by Oscar Isaac).
And according to Del Toro, the 28-year-old was the “perfect actor” who took on the role after Andrew Garfield dropped out of the project due to a conflict schedule.
“We have a supernaturally good connection,” the film director told Vanity Fair in an interview released on July 28th.
Similarly, makeup artist Mike Hill couldn’t be more excited about Erorudi’s acquisition of the mantle.
“It was his gangbang and his wrist that attracted me to him. That was the looseness,” Hill told the magazine. “I was like, ‘I don’t know who else could get it with this physicality.’ ”
