Jeff – Jeff, who divorced when he was a baby, said that her list of loved ones “didn’t stop growing” for the rest of her life.
“She’s always given her much more than she ever wanted,” he continued.
Following her split with Ted, Jackie married her husband Miguel “Mike” Bezos, and welcomed children Mark and Christina.
“Jackie’s experience as a mother and student has shaped some of the most important jobs of her life,” the foundation wrote. “Jackie’s desire to improve the lives of others is far beyond the basics, including a large charity project focusing on medical research and community healthcare.”
And of course, she put everything she had in her family – including making “countless trips to Radio Shack” for the ultimate CEO.
“Jackie’s life in service was second only to her passion for family and gathering,” continued the Post. “As a grandmother, Jackie found great joy in watching her family grow. She conveyed not only her tradition and story, but also her values: the importance of familiarity, resilience and unity.”
