WASHINGTON (AP) – A federal judge defeated two Trump administration actions on Thursday, aiming to eliminate it Diversity, equity, inclusion National school and university programs.
In her ruling, US District Judge Stephanie Gallagher in Maryland said she violated the law when the education department threatened to cut federal funds from educational institutions that continued its DEI initiative.
