Kevin Gates’ marriage to Doreka Gates is over.

Dreka is seeking the court to legal and physical custody of Khaza, 12 and 11, the couple’s children, as well as the support of their spouse from Kevin.
Interestingly, the entrepreneur listed the date of the separation on July 10th, almost a month after basketball wife Brittany Renner revealed that Kevin had “married” her.
“We got married on April 6th and divorced on May 28th,” Brittany told radio station Real 92.3 LA in an interview on June 7th. “However, Islam has a 90-day waiting period. Basically, it’s 90 days to check if you’re pregnant. He’s responsible.”
“Allah wants you to continue getting married,” the reality star added, explaining that the three-month period is intended to encourage settlement.
