According to the report, Liverpool is replacing key star Mohamed Sarah “leave next summer” to “pleasantly submit historic offer.”
Sarah’s future at Liverpool was questionable for most of the 2024/25 season as he entered the final year of his contract at the start of the campaign.
He ultimately decided to commit his future to Liverpool by signing a new two-year contract. This was a huge boost for the Reds as he defeated the 33-year-old record as the best player in the Premier League last season.
However, Sarah’s form declined as he was in the vicinity for most of Liverpool’s matches at the start of this campaign and had little effect on their game.
This has encouraged speculation that linked Liverpool to some potential long-term alternatives, but Sarah remains a target for the Saudi Arabian professional league after not luring him into the Middle East with the front window.

Bayern Munich Sensory Michael Ollise was appointed as an alternative as he shined at the start of this campaign, earning nine goals and six assists in all competitions.
It is therefore no surprise that Bayern Munich is trying to offer the Ollies a new contract to drive attention away from the Premier League. Sports Director Max Ebal wants to remain French for many years.
“He’s a player whose fans come to the stadium, and it’s fun to watch him play football,” Ebal said.
“Olise has more than three and a half years left on the contract, and will be a critical factor in the FC Bayern game and shape the future of this team. If that’s up to us.
Still, Liverpool’s interest provides obstacles, and reports from the Spanish outlet claim that Fichejjes is “ready to spend his historic fee” to sign him as Sarah’s replacement, who will leave next summer.

The report claims:
“Liverpool is willing to spend his historic sums on signing Bayern Munich’s winger Michael Ollies in the summer of 2026 transfer window. The Reds are aware of Sarah’s potential departure and consider him an ideal successor to lead the offense in the coming years.
“A recent report shows the Reds are planning an offer of nearly 150 million euros to secure the 23-year-old Frenchman as the club’s new offensive star. The move is part of Arne Slot’s strategy to replace Mohamed Sarah, who can leave Anfield after a successful spell.
