EXCLUSIVE: A hot new bombshell enters Digital Brand Architects (DBA) as Love Island USA‘s Olandria Carthen signs with the UTA-owned management firm.
Carthen was one of the breakout stars of Season 7 on the Peacock dating series, finishing in second place alongside Nic Vansteenberghe.
The former Islander made waves on Love Island USA with her effortless confidence, southern charm, and striking on-screen presence. The 27-year-old Alabama native is also a first‑generation college graduate with a degree from Tuskegee.
DBA will be overseeing Carthen’s career, with a 360 strategy in mind, ensuring thoughtful growth and expansion across the lifestyle and entertainment spaces. The management firm is focused on expanding Carthen’s business beyond her digital platform following her success on Love Island.
Carthen was a Love Island USA Season 7 fan favorite from the beginning as she showed her journey to finding love on the show. Initially coupled up with Taylor Williams, Carthen eventually found a connection with Vansteenberghe, with viewers shipping them as “Nicolandria.” The two had a friendly connection that blossomed into more when they decided to give each other an opportunity following their undeniable chemistry together.
The Love Island USA Season 7 cast will be reunited for a special streaming on Monday, August 25, hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, where “Nicolandria” will share an update on their status following the villa.
Digital Brand Architects was co-founded in 2010 by CEO Raina Penchansky as the first digital influencer management company to recognize the rise of new media voices and manage them as individual talent. UTA acquired the firm in 2019, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary this November.
