Reuben Amorim suggests that despite his deep connection with Ollie Watkins and Benjamin Sesko, he cannot do any more business with the Striker Transfer Market.
The tally, which was only worsened by the club and Everton, who were relegated to just 44 goals last season, is that every man is screaming for a new signature, and there is still a desire to sign No. 9 while the club already lands Brian Mbeumo and Masteus Cunha.
While Aston Villa’s Watkins and RB Leipzig’s Sesco are considered to be key candidates, head coach Amroim suggests the club will stick to current options, particularly Rasmus Hozilund.
“I’m really happy with Rasmus,” Amorim said after his team defeated Bournemouth 4-1 in Chicago.
“We don’t know what will happen until the end of the market. The important thing is that the strikers here are doing really well, they’re improving, they’re helping the team, and that’s the most important thing.”
Amorim also said that goals were a problem for Dane but would support teams in other fields, such as lifting the ball and playing others.
“People are focused on goals and we struggle with a lot because we lack goals,” Amorim said.
“I think it’s not just the goal, but the way he connects the play whenever he has to kick the ball.
“His ability to hold the defender and connect with support helped us play better.
However, while the United Committee focused on signatures, Amorim was pleased with his team’s latest preseason victory.
The Red Devils have so far won both fixtures in the Premier League Summer Series and top the group.

Man Man Utd, Newcastle submitted Sesko’s “offer” as a “decision.”
As Amorim says he is “ready to receive” the exiled quartet, Man Utd’s three signatures have been revealed:
“It was a good game. We played with strength. We were offensive and that’s something we need to improve from last season,” Amorim said. “We had better possessions compared to the last game, so they listen.
“Of course, scoring first at the start of the game can change the team’s confidence. We feel like we change some positions and know what they need to do in different positions.
“It was a good test. We controlled Evanilson and Semenyo’s run very well against one. Luke Shaw was really strong too, so it was a good day.
“It was just a pre-season game, but the feeling with the same players is even a pre-season game. Looking at the same players playing now, it looks like a different team, and that’s a good sign.”
