Reports say Captain Bruno Fernandes of Man Utd makes a U-turn, showing his desire to join Cristiano Ronaldo and Joao Felix on Al-Nassr this summer.
The Red Devils have brought three summer signatures to date. Mateus Cunha and Brian Mbeumo arrived on the big money deal, and Paraguayan young man Diego Leon joined us from Cerro Porteno.
Man UTD hopes to sign defensive midfielder, striker and goalkeeper before closing in just under a month.
But their summer is complicated by the need to offload many players with Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia all at the exit ramp.
One player who seemed likely to be heading out earlier this year was Fernandez, when Al-Hilal made a big push to sign Portugal International from Man UTD.
The Saudi Arabian club provided the Red Devils with 120 million euros, but Fernandez is understood to have been proposed to trade him making 70 million euros a year.

But now, Portuguese newspaper A Bola claims that Al Nasr boss Jorge Jesus wants to unite Saudi Portuguese teammates Ronaldo and Joa Felix and Mann UTD midfielder Fernandez.
It is understood that “money doesn’t matter,” and “it’s enough to make a transfer U-turn, with Jorge Jesus taking on the team and helps Cristiano Ronaldo, who leads the Red Devils midfielder.”
Bola adds: “In the final hours between two of the three parties, at this stage, it’s only natural that the first approach is between players and clubs who are interested in signing him, and to know if progress with Old Traborf makes sense.
“In a lightning operation that ended up stealing the winger from Benfica after securing Joan Felix, JJ and CR7’s Al Nassle are trying to secure another key player on the national team.

However, after Fernandez has made it clear that he wants to stay “at the highest level,” it seems unlikely that he will enter the cave on his journey to Saudi Arabia.
Explaining his decision to reject Al-Hilal a few months ago, Fernandez said:
“The president of (Al-Hilal) called me and asked if I wanted to go there. They were waiting for me. I told my coach (Ruben) Amorim. He asked me not to go.
“Manchester United didn’t want to sell me. They don’t need the money. If I wanted to leave, they would have made it happen.”
Fernandez added: “It was a simple move, even on a family level.
“I had Joan Cancello there. My kids are used to playing with him on the varsity team. We have great friendships.
“But I want to keep myself at the highest level and play in big competitions.
