Jamie Rednap believes that Andoni Iraora, Bournemouth boss linked to Manchester, can “manage football clubs around the world.”
Iraola joined Rayo Vallecano’s Bournemouth ahead of the 2023/24 season, causing controversy on behalf of successful head coach Gary O’Neil.
He had to wait for 10 Premier League matches for his first victory.
They are proven as Iraora has become one of the most rated young managers in the Premier League.
Bournemouth rose to second in the Premier League with a 3-1 comeback victory over Fulham on Friday night.
Their only loss of the season arrived at Premier League Champions Liverpool on Match Day 1.

Iraaura was the target of Tottenham Hotspur in the summer. After they parted ways with Ange Postecoglou, the Londoner appointed Brentford boss Thomas Frank.
Bournemouth head coach continues to be linked to Man UTD boss Reuben Amorim’s transition to the Big Six club on the brink.
After an impressive victory over Fulham on Friday, former Liverpool midfielder Rednap welcomed Iraora as “one of the best managers in world football” and flipped him over to manage the European juggernaut in the future.
“What an asset to the club, he’s incredibly an asset. I think he can manage football clubs around the world. It really makes sense,” Rednap told Sky Sports.
“He’s very high quality, he improves players and gives opportunities to younger players. The system is great, everything you do is very progressive, exciting and forefoot.
“I think he’s one of the best managers in world football right now. They have to enjoy him while he’s here.

The question is, if Iraaura could manage anyone, why would he go to Manchester United?
Co-host Steve Sidwell also praised the 43-year-old woman for being lyrical, simplifying the game and making it easier for players to thrive.
He states: “He simplifies the game. As a footballer, when you go out on the pitch, you just want two or three instructions and don’t get too complicated. I think that’s his job.
“If you see Bournemouth play, Heianci play, you get the ball as many pitches as possible. They go in person. They know how to turn the team and play to their strengths.
“They have players out there who do it. They don’t have egos, they know what their job is, they know their role. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. I want to play under him.”
Iraaura is one of those people associated with Amorim’s work, but Crystal Palace’s Oliver Grassner appears to be at the top of Ir Jimratcliffe’s list.
It is also rumored to be a potential target. Former England boss Gareth Southgate, club hero Michael Carrick, Brighton boss Fabian Hazeler and Fulham’s Marco Silva.
