Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel reignited their ongoing feud for a good cause as they appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire this week.
Partnering with Jeopardy! host and all-star Ken Jennings on Wednesday’s episode of the ABC game show, the Oscar winner won the top prize for his nonprofit Water.org, which helps bring clean water to communities in need.
“Everybody but Jimmy Kimmel, do we love Matt Damon or what?” said Jennings as they tag-teamed the final question, prompting cheers from the audience.
As Kimmel started boo-ing, Damon addressed the crowd, “Thank you so much! You are making him so miserable right now.”
“You’re turning this into an uprising,” Kimmel called out Jennings. “I’m coming onto Jeopardy! with someone you hate!”
Last week, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire debuted its fourth season, returning as the No. 1 telecast of the night with 4.24 million viewers, also serving as ABC’s top entertainment telecast this summer.
Kimmel hosts and executive produces the game show reboot, which debuted in 2020.
