Reports suggest that Graham Potter was “given” a short ‘execution’ at West Ham United, when he was told to appoint Frank Lampard.
Potter is currently the favourite who became the next Premier League manager as Hammer is in the relegation zone after five games.
West Ham also has the worst defense in the Premier League. They have conceded 13 goals in five games, with Potter and the club’s chief under intense scrutiny.
The London outfit has experienced consecutive defeats against the Spurs and Crystal Palace, so Monday’s trip to Everton is essential for Potter.
A new report from Football Insider claims that Potter will be in charge on Monday night as West Ham’s new “Sack Plan” revealed his “execution stay.”
“There’s a lot going on in West Ham, but Graham Potter appears to be staying for execution,” O’Rourke told Football Insider.

“He’s given until the next international break until he turns things around and they see what happens there, so it looks like two games in charge of Potter.
“They left Everton on Monday night and then Arsenal, so it’s two tough games for Potter.
“The writing is on the wall for the long term, as West Ham is clearly talking to the candidate to replace him, and it feels more like if he’s fired.”
West Ham has already linked to several potential alternatives, and former player Lampard has been mentioned as a target despite being widely rejected by the club’s fan base.
Nevertheless, former Chelsea star Pat Nevin thinks West Ham should go to Lampard because West Ham is a “very good manager.”
“There are a lot of West Ham fans who don’t accept Frank Lampard because they booed him forever.

“I saw it. Frank, I always felt bad because he’s never said anything bad about West Ham.
He added:
“Looking back, I thought he was being treated harshly at Chelsea, and I thought he did a good job.
“And you ask the people of Everton, they loved him. They absolutely loved him. Even the fans, despite their struggles, he got all the players, all the people behind him, and even the staff.
“I think he’s OK with Coventry – it was fine, and he showed that he was there for the fight. He was working for Chelsea, he was working for Everton, he had twice a Chelsea job.
“But it’s not under him that he gets his hands dirty in Coventry. So it’s someone who wants to work, and he cares about it and loves it.
“There was a bit of stick at first, but once he wins the first three or four games, the stick is going.”
