Reports say Everton has stepped up efforts to sign Manchester City winger Jack Grelish, and has not been postponed at a wage of £300,000 a week.
Grealish is surplus to requirements at Etihad Stadium after a disappointing campaign.
Man City hopes to move him this summer, but there is a shortage of clubs willing to meet his heavy wage demands.
But according to the Times, Everton isn’t crazy and will be willing to cover “most” of Grealish’s salary.
A report from Paul Joyce said Toffee was “not postponed,” and the former Aston Villa captain said he was “moving” to Merseyside.
Certainly, David Moe’s part is hoping to “enhance the efforts, strengthen “their interest” and “know the opportunity for the 29-year-old to “know his opportunity to revive his career.”

Everton’s goal is to “more conversations took place” to secure loans to Grail and “establish parameters that could mediate the contract.”
The city’s desire to “many of Grealish’s £300,000 wages as much as possible” will see clubs paying “at least £12 million” over the course of the campaign.
Everton is not “undistinguished” by these requests, and is confident that the £100 million winger wants to participate.
The Sitzens also want to offload creepy midfielder Calvin Phillips.
Phillips struggled with lending that was relegated to Ipswichtown last season, and Pep Guardiola has not been given the numbers for the 2025/26 season.
Reports have been revealed that he is being targeted by his former club, Leeds United, but we can’t find the story anywhere. That could be x nonsense. It might be real. Let’s wait and see.
