Robert Patrick & Beau Knapp Join ‘Tulsa King’ For Season 3

-

EXCLUSIVE: Robert Patrick (1923) and Beau Knapp (SEAL Team) have joined the series regular cast of Taylor Sheridan’s Paramount+ series Tulsa King for Season 3. Production is currently underway on the Sylvester Stallone-led drama in Atlanta and Oklahoma.

Tulsa King follows New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Stallone), just after he is released from prison after 25 years and unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla. Realizing that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, Dwight slowly builds a “crew” from a group of unlikely characters to help him establish a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet.

Season 2 followed Dwight and his crew as they encountered new enemies when they encroached on nemesis territory in Tulsa.

Patrick will play ‘Jeremiah Dunmire’, a powerful, forceful man with deep pockets in the liquor business. Knapp will play ‘Cole Dunmire’, Jeremiah’s (Patrick) son and a trust fund country boy with crazy in his eyes.

The series also stars Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Frank Grillo, with Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany.

Tulsa King‘s Season 2 opener set a Paramount+ record for most watched global premiere at the time with a reported 21.1 million global streaming viewers. Tulsa King S2, alongside two other Sheridan series for Paramount+, Landman and Lioness, ranked in the Top 10 of U.S. streaming original series for Q4, marking only the second time since Nielsen began tracking SVOD platforms in 2017 that a service other than Netflix has had 3 of the top 10 series.

Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, Tulsa King is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, Sylvester Stallone, Dave Erickson, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Braden Aftergood, Jim McKay, Sheri Elwood, Ildy Modrovich and Keith Cox. Erickson also serves as showrunner. The series is distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Currently, Patrick can be seen in the Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren Paramount+ Series 1923 as Sheriff William McDowell. The veteran actor was most recently seen in Amazon’s Reacher, Netflix’s The Night Agent and Max’s Peacemaker and has appeared in FX’s Sons of Anarchy, Mayans M.C, HBO’s True Blood and Fox’s The X-Files. He is perhaps best known for his role as T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgement Day as the first to be shot by motion capture. He is repped by Gersh and Coronel Group.

Knapp most recently completed his work as a series regular on Paramount+’s SEAL Team which finished its run last year. He also recently starred in the drama feature The Bikeriders.
