Stevie Nicks has postponed her August and September tour dates, including the kickoff August 8 stop at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, due to a fractured shoulder.
In a message posted today on the singer’s social media accounts, her team notes, “Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled. Please note that October dates will be unaffected.”
The announcement did not provide details regarding the cause of the injury.

Nicks’ career has been increasingly busy of late. She’s working on her first solo studio album since 2011’s In Your Dreams, and recently announced the first reissue of her only album as a duo with Lindsey Buckingham, 1973’s Buckingham Nicks.
In addition to Brooklyn, the postponed tour dates include stops in Boston, Toronto, Cincinnati, Tampa and Detroit, among others. Those dates have been pushed back to late October, November and December.
