Swedish boss John Dahl Thomason believes it could take some time for Liverpool striker Alexander Isaac to start this season’s game.
The Reds signed the deadline after the long drawn saga ended with Swedish International finally moving to Liverpool, which he wanted.
Despite playing in the Champions League, Newcastle was unable to stick with ISAK for a move to Anfield during the summer.
After a £110 million bid from Liverpool was rejected early in the summer, Isaac took a strike and issued a statement criticizing Newcastle.
The Magpie was held firmly until the transfer deadline with Newcastle, and ultimately managed to complete the £125 million move following the signatures of Nick Woltemade and Yoane Wissa.
Isaac missed out all the preseason by starting the season with the Geordies three Premier League matches of the season, but the Swedes were not training either on the Newcastle team.

Swedish head coach Thomasson has alarmed Liverpool and alarmed about Isaac’s fitness, and the striker is not ready to leave the bench to affect the match.
Thomason said: “We wanted to play him, and everyone wants it. But he only had three training sessions, no preseason and of course there was no match time, so it was too risky to use him today.”
When asked if ISAK could play against Kosovo on Monday, the Swedish boss replied: “Hopefully, as a game changer.
“But we have to do the right thing with him. In the long run, in the short run.”

Former Newcastle Winger Killespie can’t understand why Isaac wants to leave St. James’ Park to another club in the Premier League.
Gillespie told me to compete in the podcast here.
“He is very fortunate that Liverpool is already here at St James Park.
“That seems to me, the player holds the card at the moment. If you refuse to work for another job, you’re looking at the bag.
“His teammates will be disappointed because they know what special player he is.”
Gillespie added: “That’s the main topic of the window and you were sick after hearing it, so we have to draw a line under it. His statement left more questions than answers and he said the club had made an appointment, but he didn’t elaborate on it.
“He’s never told us what it is. The club has money now and they’ve already brought the couple in and strengthened their sides again.”
